Airport – Cellphone – Frequency – Freeway = The Alienation of Japan

Japan is a coun­try in sham­bles. The cit­i­zen have let the bureau­crats and the politi­cians and the old guard make sense of non-sense. This con­tin­ues to this day, even with the sup­posed chang­ing of the guards after 50 year sin­gle party dom­i­na­tion. Why? Because all the new guard now were for­mer old guards or evolved from them. There was no coup d’État  in Japan. They just changed names and vis­i­ble poli­cies. The song remains the same.

空港、携帯電話、周波数分配、高速道路。これ4個だけでも理由が判ります。世界で競争出来ない日本。短期集団利益のために国の未来を閉ざす法案や決め事。殺人で時効のある国。世界スタンダードにならない携帯、周波数分配、空港、技術。輸出企業を支援サポートしない政府や税制。

Air­port — politi­cians repaid their local con­stituents by giv­ing them lav­ish con­struc­tion deals, air­ports, mega museum to repay their debt, not wor­ry­ing about who will use such facil­i­ties and if they can pay for the upkeep and oper­a­tion. Sim­ple look at Narita Air­port where one patch of land in the mid­dle of the air­port still belongs to a pri­vate cit­i­zen. Con­struc­tion was launched ahead of land deal. How stu­pid, unless this was done pur­posely so that the gov­ern­ment can place police and bar­ri­cades pre 9/11. Look at Ibaragi air­port, 1 plane per day air­port just opened at incred­i­ble cost to citizens.

Cell­phone — NTT for­merly Japan Den­shin Denwa was gov­ern­ment owned. There is so much red tape here that a sim­ple method of use has to be com­pli­cated by lay­ers and lay­ers of BS so that every­one involved can get a cut of any funds so they can retire and become heads of mean­ing­less non profit orga­ni­za­tion and milk more taxes.

Fre­quency — allo­ca­tion of fre­quency spec­trum is really polit­i­cal. Allow­ing Japan only stan­dards like the up com­ing release of the 700Mhz fre­quency from TV going dig­i­tal to be “paired” with 900Mhz for uplink and down­link, as where the world had agreed that all up and down should take place in 700Mhz. Japan sites ITS — iRo­bot Audi car like auto pilot fre­quency) is using 700Mhz as well, and can­not be moved, what? it ‘s still long time to imple­men­ta­tion, I am sure they can move it. Qual­comm and oth­ers can make 1 chip for the whole world. NEC can make chips only to be sold in Japan. Eco­nom­i­cal sui­cide con­tin­ues, so a few can pros­per for a short time.

Free­way — Free­way was the same. Should have been all paid up by now. But no, they made it expen­sive, then to stim­u­late the econ­omy with­out any cost, made week­end free­way 1,000 yen as much as you can travel (has lim­i­ta­tions but). Then they said it will be free, and now want to charge via dis­tance. YOU FINALLY GOT IT ! In spite of every­thing is priced in weight, size and quan­tity., it took them this long to arrive at the most log­i­cal and fair solu­tion, like a Taxi charge by dis­tance, thank god they leave out the time charges.

My take on this is ” ROUTINES TO BENEFIT A FEW CANNOT BE STOPPED IF WE ARE IGNORANT TO THE FACT AND SAY NOTHING”  “UNDER AUTHORITY, JAPANESE MASSES WERE EASY TO DECEIVE BUT THE AGE OF INFORMATION IS CHANGING ALL OF THAT,  EVERYWHERE” “TECHNOLOGY IS DISRUPTIVE”

翌日朝：タイムリーに、今テレビでこの話が出ている。大学教授の見解：過去は戦争で景気回復してきた。戦争がない今方法は税制改革だ。源泉徴収は1943年、お金が必要だった政府がやったこと。いま自分で申告しないサラリーマンが税金でいくら払っているか知れば使い道に口を出すだろう。榊原さん（Mr. Yen）：数年は大丈夫だけどそろそろ消費税を20%にする必要性がある。日本はこのままだとギリシャ化する。
