Leonardo Fio­ra­vanti (born 1938) is an Ital­ian auto­mo­bile designer and CEO of Fio­ra­vanti Srl.

He stud­ied mechan­i­cal engi­neer­ing at the Politec­nico di Milano, spe­cial­iz­ing in aero­dy­nam­ics and car body design. He worked twenty-four years with Pin­in­fa­rina, join­ing as a styl­ist in 1964, aged 26, and even­tu­ally becom­ing Man­ag­ing Direc­tor and Gen­eral Man­ager of Pininfarina’s research arm, Pin­in­fa­rina Studi & Ricerche. Before found­ing Fio­ra­vanti Srl in 1991 he held the posi­tions of deputy Gen­eral Man­ager at Fer­rari and the director’s role at the Cen­tro Stile Alfa Romeo.

Fio­ra­vanti designed the Fer­rari Dino, the Fer­rari Day­tona, the Fer­rari P5 and P6, the Fer­rari 512 Berlinetta Boxer, the Fer­rari 365 GT4 2+2 (the fore­run­ner of the Fer­rari 400), the­Fer­rari 308 GTB, Ferrari 288 GTO and the Fiat 130.

レオナルド・フィオラヴァンティ（Leonardo Fio­ra­vanti 、1938年1月31日 — ）は、イタリアの自動車デザイナーである。元ピニンファリーナのチーフデザイナー。

エアロデザイナーであり、マネージメントデザイナー。1970年代のフェラーリには数々の傑作車がある。現在はデザイン会社フィオラヴァンティ（Fio­ra­vanti s.r.l ） のCEOである。

He is already 72 and still is design­ing F1 pro­to­types. He claimed that the cur­rent F1 form with all the wings cre­ate too much drag and messed up air in the back mak­ing F1 cars dif­fi­cult to over­take. His sug­gested car has no exter­nal wings, it is all one for­mat. This car may be the future of F1. He is rec­om­mend­ing it to FIA now.

もう７２歳、それなのにF1の未来車両を提案している。現在のF1は個別に取り付けられたウイング等で空気の乱れが車両後方に多く、追い抜きが難しいという。またWebberの「空飛ぶ事故」のように現在の車両は危険だと語った。上記が彼が考える未来の安全んで追い抜きの多いF1車両だ。すでにFIAに提案しているという。2012年に検討される可能性があるそうだ。

で抽選会があり、巨大288GTOのモデルの景品があったのですが、古き良き友人「ばらちゃん」がお持ち帰りしてしまいました。。しょぼん
